ACCESS FOR DISABLED CLIENTS

"="

The Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) defines a disabled person as someone who has a physical or mental impairment that has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on his or her ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities.

At Mander Hadley & Co, we aim to supply a quality service to all of our clients whether or not they suffer from any particular disability. Listed below are some of the systems we have put in place to help if you do have any difficulty in accessing our services.

If you are registered disabled and you cannot walk very far, could you please notify our receptionists one day in advance that you have an appointment and need a parking space, they will try to ensure that one is made available for you next to our offices.

We have an interview room on the ground floor of 1 The Quadrant so if you feel that you would rather not have to walk up the stairs, please tell the person who you have come to see. All of the interview rooms in the Reform Club are on the ground floor.

If you are registered disabled and your disability makes it impossible for you to access our premises, we will be happy to come and visit you in your home and we will not charge you for the travel expenses (as long as you live within a reasonable distance of our offices)
