After obtaining his degree in 1977 and being admitted as a solicitor in 1980, Adrian worked in the Midlands and Thames Valley before joining Mander Hadley & Co in 2005 to lead the Civil Litigation Department.  As a member of the Law Society Personal Injury panel, the Headway panel of solicitors to advise brain injured clients, and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers he deals with all types of claims for those injured, maimed, and killed in accidents wherever and however they occur.  His attitude is no case too large, no case too small and nothing too much trouble for a deserving client. When not battling on behalf of the injured or their relatives he can be found dealing with landlord and tenant and commercial disputes.
