David qualified as a Solicitor in 1982 after graduating in Law from Warwick University . He joined Mander Hadley & Co in 1987 and became a partner in the firm in 1991. He is now Head of the firm's Probate, Trust & Tax Department. He is a Member of the Law Society's Probate section, the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and the Solicitors' for the Elderly Group. His Practice embraces the full spectrum of Probate & Trust work including in particular Capital Tax planning and mitigation.
