David is a Senior Partner of Mander Hadley and a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He was educated at Coventry Preparatory School, Wrekin College , Shropshire, Birmingham University LLB, Hons II.(i)

He is a former Council Member of the Law Society from 1980 to 1996 for the West Midlands and Warwickshire.

David is a former Secretary and later President of Warwickshire Law Society.
