Gill qualified as a solicitor in 1976, after graduating with Honours from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne . She joined Mander Hadley and Co. the same year and became a Partner with the firm in 1982. She now specializes in residential conveyancing and heads the firm's non- contentious department in this field.
