Michael qualified as a Solicitor in Birmingham in 1970 and has since then specialised in the whole range of criminal law together with traffic and regulatory offences. He is a consultant with Mander Hadley & Co., and is a member of the duty solicitor schemes for Coventry, Leamington Spa, Rugby and Banbury.
