Sue graduated in Materials Science from Bath University in 1985. Later that year, she joined Mander Hadley & Co. She trained as a Legal Executive and was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1992. During her career at Mander Hadley, she has progressed from a junior accounts role to accounts manager and then as the firm has expanded, to her current position of Practice manager.
