Mander Hadley & Co was founded by Harry Iliffe Mander in 1901. In 1934 his son Alan Mander was admitted into the Partnership and the current Senior Partner David Charles Mander and brother Peter Iliffe Mander are the third generation. Harry Mander, Alan Mander and David Mander have all been presidents of the Warwickshire Law Society.
In the 1950's the practice moved into its present head office at 1, The Quadrant, Coventry and also has offices directly opposite at the Reform Club, 5 Warwick Row. The firm quickly divided into specialist departments offering an increased range of services to Clients both locally and nationally.
In 2001 Mander Hadley & Co incorporated Browetts Solicitors which itself was established in Coventry in 1844. The joining together of these two respected firms has further increased the firm's breadth and depth to continue to provide Clients a first class legal service.
All the firm's partners and Solicitors are members of the Law Society and the Warwickshire Law Society.
Although rooted in the traditions of the profession and the key elements of service to Clients the firm has also grasped the advantages of modern computerisation, case-management systems, research facilities and accounts procedures. The firm has been awarded Investors in People recognition together with appropriate Legal Services Commission accreditation for specalist help points for family and criminal departments. We continue to serve our private and business clients with efficient and effective advice tailored to their individual needs. |
