Commercial Property Lawyer

We have a vacancy for a Property Lawyer in our busy Commercial Property Department based in Coventry.  A minimum of 3 years’ commercial property experience is required.

The role will involve direct client contact and an opportunity to develop in this fast paced environment. It will include acquisitions and disposals, commercial landlord and tenant, business sales and purchases, finance, developments, options and some planning.

You will be part of a dedicated team with interesting and varied work. You will need to have attention to detail and good drafting skills as well as an ability to develop client relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Lawyer to improve and develop their knowledge and skills working for a well-established Lexcel accredited firm.

Salary negotiable according to experience. Parking and health insurance included in benefits package.
