Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive – Kenilworth (Part-time)

We have a part-time vacancy (3 days per week or equivalent) for a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 5 years post qualification experience based at our Kenilworth office.

You will have the ability to carry a varied caseload comprising Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and all estate planning matters. You will have a good working knowledge of tax in the context of the administration of estates and estate planning.

You will have excellent client care and IT skills and be highly motivated with a dynamic approach to your work.

In this varied role you will be required to handle a mixed caseload of private client matters from instruction to completion, working as part of an established team with an excellent client base and reputation.

Part-time – 3 days per week or equivalent.

Salary commensurate with experience.
