Commercial Property Lawyer

We have a vacancy for a Commercial Property Lawyer in our busy Commercial Property Department based in Coventry. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Commercial Property.

The role will provide for direct client contact and an opportunity to develop in this fast paced area. It will include acquisitions and disposals, commercial landlord and tenant, development and options. Also business sales and purchases, finance and some planning.

You will be part of a growing dedicated team with excellent client skills and interesting and varied work. You will need to have attention to detail and good drafting skills as well as an ability to develop client relationships.
