We have a vacancy for a secretary in our Family Department based at our Kenilworth office.
The role will include audio typing, dealing with client and professional telephone enquiries, file opening, maintenance and closure, preparing documents and court bundles, diary management and general administration duties.
Secretarial experience is required, preferably in a law firm.
The successful candidate will have excellent IT and telephone skills. Experience in using a computerised case management system is preferred.
Part-time (25-30 hours) specific hours can be negotiated.
