Property Lawyer - Mander Hadley

We have a vacancy for a Property Lawyer in our busy Commercial Property Department based in Coventry. Between 1 – 5 years’ experience in property, and some commercial property experience preferred but not essential.

The role will provide for direct client contact and an opportunity to develop in this fast paced area. It will include acquisitions and disposals, commercial landlord and tenant, development and options. Also business sales and purchases, finance and some planning.

You will be part of a small dedicated team with excellent client skills and interesting and varied work. You will need to have attention to detail and good drafting skills as well as an ability to develop client relationships.
