David Webb – Wills, Probate and Older Client Services

David qualified as a solicitor in 1982 and has been with Mander Hadley since 1987.

He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners as well as the Law Society Private Client section and Solicitors for the Elderly.

David specialises in probate and the administration of estates, trusts and tax planning, preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications.

Jackie Prior – Residential Property

Jackie has specialised in residential conveyancing for more than 30 years, working her way through the ranks from an office junior, before progressing to become a paralegal and subsequently qualifying as a solicitor in 2001. She has an excellent local knowledge of Coventry and Warwickshire, but has also acted for clients on residential property transactions across the country.

Jackie deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing work including, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, bankruptcy and Official Receiver sales, shared ownership and right to buy purchases.

Carl Jones – Commercial Property

Carl has more than 20 years’ experience, having qualified as a solicitor at Mander Hadley in 1992. He is a member of the Law Society Property Section and the Warwickshire Law Society.

Carl specialises in business and commercial matters, including commercial property, landlord and tenant matters, business purchases and sales, terms and conditions as well as general financial work.

Andrew Sharp – Criminal Law

Andrew is the Head of the busy Criminal Department at Mander Hadley, where he deals with all types of criminal cases including road traffic matters and regulatory offences. He is a duty solicitor on the Coventry Magistrates and Youth Court schemes and also at the Coventry police stations.

Adrian Austin-Crowe – Dispute Resolution and Civil Litigation

Adrian has more than 35 years’ experience as a solicitor and has led the Dispute Resolution Department at Mander Hadley since 2005.

He deals with all types of personal and business disputes and claims, including those relating to money, property, contracts, Wills, negligent work and faulty products. Adrian also has a wealth of experience in helping clients to pursue or defend claims through litigation where a dispute cannot be resolved without court proceedings.

Adrian is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. He deals with all types of personal injury claims for those injured, maimed or killed in accidents or as a result of medical or clinical negligence, wherever and however this occurs.
