Meet our new team member….

We are delighted to welcome our latest new team member to Mander Hadley.

Elaine Collins joins our Kenilworth office as a Senior Associate in our expanding Family Law team.

Since qualifying in 2007, Elaine has specialised in Family Law including divorce, finances and private children matters.

She spent several years specialising in complex private children matters including situations where one parent lives outside of the UK’s jurisdiction, requiring urgent applications to safeguard children and change of residence.

Family breakdowns and resulting issues can be highly emotive and Elaine works with her clients to try to take some of the pressure off them whilst advising them on the various available options and helping them achieve a positive outcome, particularly in situations where parents may previously have had little to no contact with their children.

As a member of Resolution, Elaine is committed to taking a pragmatic approach to resolve family law issues in a constructive manner.
