Head of Dispute Resolution / Personal Injury
After obtaining my degree in 1977 and being admitted as a solicitor in 1980, I worked in the Midlands and Thames Valley before joining Mander Hadley in 2005 to lead the Dispute Resolution Department.
I deal with all types of personal and business disputes and claims including those relating to money, property, contracts, Wills, negligent work and faulty products. If a dispute cannot be resolved without court proceedings, I have a wealth of experience in helping clients to pursue or defend claims through litigation.
As a member of the Law Society Personal Injury panel, I deal with all types of personal injury claims for those injured, maimed, and killed in accidents or as a result of medical or clinical negligence, wherever and however they occur. My attitude is: no case too large, no case too small and nothing too much trouble for a deserving client.
