Solicitor – Wills, Probate & Older Client Services
I joined Mander Hadley in 2014 having previously worked in Local Authority legal services, specialising in Adult Social Care, Mental Capacity, and Mental Health law. I am also a trained Dementia Friend; an Alzheimer’s Society initiative which increases awareness and supports people with dementia.
I deal in all matters relating to the Court of Protection, including applications for the appointment of a relative or friend as a deputy. I also advise and assist individuals and families in preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney for the time when managing their own finances, property, and affairs becomes a problem, either through illness, injury, or old age.
I understand that the legal process can seem quite complicated and daunting, especially when dealing with mental capacity matters. It is my responsibility to ensure that your matter is dealt with in a quick and stress free way, leaving you with peace of mind for the future.
I also deal with Wills and Probate (the administration of the estate of a person who has died) and advise on estate planning.
I won the Legal Professional Award at the Coventry and Warwickshire YoungPro Awards 2018 in recognition of my professional and personal contribution to Coventry and Warwickshire.

“An excellent experience, better than a number of solicitors we have used over the years. We hope that Andriy Buniak goes on to be a senior member of your practice. He has been excellent.”Mr C Emery
