Dale Ball

I joined Mander Hadley as Head of Operations and HR in February 2025, bringing nearly two decades of experience in law, human resources, and business management.

My career started in the legal profession 19 years ago, before I made the decision to pursue a career in HR and business management. Since then, I have worked across multiple industries, including healthcare and education.

As part of the senior management team, I support with strategy and oversee the firm’s central departments, ensuring our operations run smoothly and our team feels supported.

I’m also a director of two Coventry-based charities, which gives me additional valuable insights into leadership and governance that complement my work at the firm.

Outside of work, I’m an active member of the Coventry Godiva Harriers Athletics Club.
