Director - Head of Wills, Probate & Older Client Services

I qualified as a solicitor in 1982 and have been with Mander Hadley since 1987.
I am a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners as well as the Law Society Private Client section and Solicitors for the Elderly.
I specialise in probate and the administration of estates, trust and tax planning, preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications.
As Head of Wills, Probate and Older Client Services my aim, along with my colleagues, is to provide a comprehensive legal service in a sympathetic and understanding manner.
My role is to help and to provide guidance to clients, especially those facing mental health issues within the family or bereavement. Everything is tailored to the individual. In short, I shoulder burdens and solve problems.
