Emma Sommerville

I specialise in Wills, probate and estate administration, trust preparation and administration, and powers of attorney.

Having focused on this area of law since 2005, I worked for a number of Midlands’ based law firms, prior to joining Mander Hadley.

I enjoy helping people to plan and organise their affairs in the way that best suits the particular needs of both them and their nearest and dearest and using my knowledge and experience to provide guidance during an often very stressful and emotional time.

I am a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP)

In my spare time, I enjoy walking my labradoodle Willow, being a member of a book club, and running.
