A lender will only permit a firm of solicitors approved on their ‘panels’ to act on their behalf in connection with your mortgage or loan, so you need your lawyers to be reputable and established – otherwise there can be significant additional costs, and delays incurred in instructing ‘in house’ lawyers for lenders. We make no extra charge for acting in connection with the mortgage for your purchase and reporting to your lenders, and deal with their requirements for completion of the loan on your behalf.
