Family Wills

These are bespoke fixed price Wills which will provide for and protect your family and those close to you. There is particular emphasis on guardianship and trusts to protect children.

Our price for a single Will is £264, or for two with reciprocal provisions, known as a ‘mirror Will’ the price is £420. All prices include VAT.

Wills for Cohabitees, Divorcees and Single People

We recognise the particular concerns and issues affecting unmarried and divorced people. Cohabitees especially need to consider what would happen when one partner dies. Even long term cohabitees acquire few legal rights in the absence of a Will when one of them dies. We offer bespoke Wills for a fixed price of £264 including VAT.

Business, Trust & Asset Protection Wills

These Wills are bespoke to you with advice tailored to your individual circumstances with the purpose of protecting your assets and savings against claims and tax or perhaps also where there is a sophisticated asset structure in place. They can also limit risks if you own a business, whether in partnership or through a company. Our price for a single Will is £450, or for two wills with reciprocal provisions £600. Prices include VAT.
