I joined Mander Hadley’s HR and Operations Department in September 2025, having worked in different roles across a variety of sectors, including retail, IT and marketing.

After starting my family, I was keen to start a career in HR and over the course of my career, I have implemented policies, procedures and improved the strategies of companies I have worked for to ensure they were HR compliant.

My qualifications include a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 7 diploma and an AAT Level 3. I am also an associate member of the CIPD.

I am responsible for the HR and operations side of Mander Hadley, liaising with the senior management team to provide support and ensure our team can grow and enjoy their work.

My main area of expertise is employee well-being, benefits for employees. I also have expert knowledge of the menopause and how that can affect women within the workplace.
