We are delighted to announce that we have been honoured with a Certificate of Excellence by Cancer Research UK for our generous free Will advice.
This prestigious recognition comes thanks to our firm’s significant contribution to cancer research, having successfully raised £1,121,245 through gifts in Wills by participating in Cancer Research UK’s Free Wills scheme.
The national charities scheme is available to anyone over the age of 18 and has helped thousands of people write or update a simple Will at no cost.
Cancer Research UK only works with best-in-class solicitors and Will-writing providers to ensure that those using the scheme get the best advice.
As part of this offer, we have been advising a wide range of individuals and have recommended leaving a legacy to Cancer Research UK in recognition of this free service.
That is why the firm’s commitment and dedication to community service and charitable causes are being celebrated.
Rachel Blackburn, Head of Wills, Probate and Older Client Services at Mander Hadley, expressed her gratitude and delight at receiving this accolade.
She said, “We are immensely proud to be recognised by Cancer Research UK for our contributions. This achievement reflects our firm’s deep commitment to making a difference in the community.
“For us, it’s not just about providing legal services. It’s about partnering with our clients to help them realise their philanthropic goals.
“This certificate is a testament to our team’s hard work and dedication, and it encourages us to continue making a positive impact in the lives of others.”
The funds raised through gifts in Wills are vital to Cancer Research UK’s ongoing efforts to beat cancer sooner.
This recognition from Cancer Research UK serves as a powerful reminder of the impact that legal expertise can have when combined with a vision for a better future.
