Elaine Collins

Since qualifying in 2007, I have specialised in Family Law including divorce, finances and private children matters. I started my career in Coventry and later moved to Birmingham. In 2023, I joined Mander Hadley’s Kenilworth office.

I have spent several years specialising in complex private children matters including situations where one parent lives outside of the UK’s jurisdiction, requiring urgent applications to safeguard children and change of residence.

Family breakdowns and resulting issues can be highly emotive. I work with my clients to try to take some of the pressure off them whilst advising them on the various available options and helping them achieve a positive outcome, particularly in situations where parents may previously have had little to no contact with their children.

I am a member of Resolution and as such, I am committed to taking a pragmatic approach to resolve issues in a constructive manner.
