I am responsible for overseeing compliance across Mander Hadley, helping to develop and implement strategies and policies that minimise risk and safeguard both the firm and our clients. My work ensures that our legal services meet the highest standards of regulatory excellence and consistency.

Since starting my professional career in 2013, I have built a background in financial analytics, with particular expertise in fraud prevention and anti-money laundering. I have worked with law firms to apply regulatory frameworks, carry out risk analysis, and resolve compliance challenges in a practical, client-focused way.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Economics and an ICA Certificate in Compliance, and I am particularly interested in helping firms interpret complex regulatory standards, analyse complaints and address potential risks before they arise.
