Developments at Mander Hadley Solicitors

It’s all change at Mander Hadley Solicitors following the retirement of Jonathan Hall from his position as Managing Director on 31^st October.

The baton has been passed to new Managing Director, Carl Jones who has stepped up from his previous role as Head of Commercial Property.

Acknowledging Jonathan’s contribution to the firm, Carl said, “Jonathan has been a part of Mander Hadley for over 40 years and has seen the firm through a number of changes and improvements, placing us on a solid foundation for the future. He has certainly earned his time to step back and enjoy retirement. We all thank him for the tremendous effort over the years!”

Jonathan, who will continue as a consultant to provide advice and support for a short period, said, “I have enjoyed a long and varied career at Mander Hadley as a trainee, a criminal defence solicitor, a partner, and most recently as Managing Director. I am grateful to the other Directors and the many colleagues who have helped and supported me over 44 years at the firm. I wish Mander Hadley all the very best for the future.”

Carl welcoming Stuart Daniel as a new Director

Stuart Daniel, Head of the firm’s Family Department, has joined the Board as a Director. He will lead the firm’s marketing initiatives and strategy.

Carl said, “Stuart has been a part of the management team for the past year and his experience in contentious matters and insight is a valuable asset. We very much welcome his input and injection of new ideas and enthusiasm to take Mander Hadley further forward.”

The firm’s other Directors are also stepping up to new roles, with Elizabeth Jennings becoming Compliance Officer for Legal Practice, in addition to heading up the Conveyancing team, and Matthew Riding taking over as the new Head of Commercial Property and leading the firm’s IT strategy and development.

Thanking the firm’s staff for their hard work over the last year, Carl, who has over 30 years of experience at the firm, said, “The Directors are looking forward to continuing the advance of Mander Hadley and working hard together to build on the success for the future. Everyone has an important part to play in the business as we move forward in the next chapter of Mander Hadley and continue with our goal of providing quality legal services to clients in Coventry, Warwickshire and beyond.”
