Coventry and Warwickshire law firm is on a mission in 2025 with a number of developments and improvements

Staffing

It has been all change at Mander Hadley Solicitors so far this year with lots of exciting new developments that have already taken place.

A number of new team members have joined the firm to strength its legal offering, including lawyers in residential property and commercial property. In addition, the operational support services have received a major boost with the appointment of a new Compliance Manager and an Associate Director of HR and Operations.

There is a big emphasis on training and development this year, with the firm looking to invest in future talent by recruiting for three Trainee Solicitors.

Mander Hadley Solicitors has improved its suite of employee benefits to help attract new talent and reward existing employees. The firm is constantly looking at new benefits – especially concerning wellbeing – and is currently working towards the Workplace Wellbeing Award.

Technology/Infrastructure

There has been significant investment in the firm’s IT systems this year to support digital transformation. This includes an overhaul of its cloud-based system to increase speed, efficiency and reliability, and a brand-new telephone system with headsets to ensure the best and most efficient customer service and ease of use for its staff.

Furthermore, a new HR system has been implemented to replace the outdated and time-consuming paper-based system. The new system will support our team with absence/holiday management, policies and performance review.

Business

There has been substantial growth in many departments, with lots of new cases and clients coming in. There seems to be no sign of this slowing down any time soon.

This year, Mander Hadley Solicitors expanded its reach across Warwickshire with a new Warwick location to ensure it meets the needs of its clients. In addition, there are plans for future geographic growth throughout the region.

Dale Ball, Associate Director of HR & Operations, says: “Since I joined in February 2025, we have really moved the firm forward with lots of exciting new projects. Like with any business, a law firm can stand still, but this is not something that our senior leadership wants. Instead, we have ambitions to promote and expand our services further and to build on the 125 years of success that Mander Hadley Solicitors is rightly proud of. We have very exciting times ahead as we continue with our strategic aims, with continued organic growth across a number of departments.”

Stuart Daniel, Director and Head of Family Law, says: “Having first joined Mander Hadley Solicitors during my university studies for work experience over 20 years ago – when I first gained an insight into the working life of a solicitor – I was delighted to return to the company in 2022 and give something back to the company and its clients. I am now in the exciting and fortunate position of being able to help shape the company’s future and explore the exciting opportunities that are available to us.”
